I appreciated double room with lagoon view. The location was perfect and lovely, for example, Tortuga Beach was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. It was also near to the downtown, a flee market and Coco Bongo.

Its location relatively near Tortuga Beach was great and beautiful. I was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant with another great view. The food was AWESOME and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu.

My room was well decorated and included a safe, TV set and a writing table. The free parking was on site, good service.

Everything is very good, I liked it. The rooms here are well-appointed and good sized with balcony.

The room had a comfy bed, and the view of the lagoon was pretty awesome. But there were some issues, like a cracked sink and cold water in the bathroom. The shower handle fell off, and the AC was broken. I found stained sheets and towels, a bit concerning. So it was a mixed bag overall.

Had a lovely time! The pool area was great for lounging and I enjoyed the beautiful lagoon views, which really helped me unwind. The only drawback was that the food prices were a bit on the high side, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

I had a fantastic stay! The beautiful view from my room took my breath away, and the delicious buffet breakfast on weekends was a highlight. Plus, the room was spacious and always clean.

The view from the lagoon-facing room was fine, complemented by the comfort of the beds. Staff interactions were positive, especially with Gabriela and Carlos. The pool's water quality was concerning, appearing murky, and the dining options felt lacking, with breakfast being the only decent meal. Noise disturbances from staff during late nights were also frustrating.

The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff made it nice. Compared to my last stay in cancun, this place was great with a fine lagoon view from my room.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool was nice.

The pool area offered a lovely ambiance. The hotel's proximity to the beach provided flexible options for seaside activities. I faced issues with the WiFi that could use improvement.

The organic section at the lobby café was a culinary treasure trove! Starbucks coffee to kickstart my mornings & a super clean pool area to chill by were definite highlights. Plus, friendly staff always ready to help out made the vibe even better.

No hot water was a bit of a buzzkill. They tried switching my room, but my shower was warmer than a glacier! And a meager breakfast left me craving more.
